This website, and our activities/events are intended for Gay Men, regardless of age, race, color or creed. We welcome Trans Gay Men, Bisexual Men, and those that haven't decided yet (but get a twinge in funny places when thinking about sexy men). We are a totally inclusive group within the Gay Male Community. Gay Women, Straight Transexuals Trans Gay Women and other groups within our gloriously kinky world are welcome to contact us and we will provide any information or assistance we can to set up your Kink Academy, or direct you to any sources or organizations we know of. However our Workshops, Events and Publications are targeted to Men who play with Men.

Please be on time for the workshops, arriving late may mean that you will be denied entry. This is not always the case, it depends somewhat on the type of workshop.

if you decide to attend a workshop, please ensure that you notify a member of AKA or the Bar Staff if you have any medical condition that could be impacted by your attendance or participation. In particular (but not exclusively), Heart Conditions, Diabetes, Mobility Issues, and Allergies. Any Medical Information given will be kept strictly confidential.

Important Note

In all of our workshops, our instructors and presenters take time to discuss the health and safety aspects of the kinks they are presenting. However, AKA cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any accidents or harm that could be encountered either at one of the events or at a later date practicing techniques presented at one of the classes.

The Kink play that we all take part in does have risks, and it is our opinion that by taking part in these activities you accept those risks and assume responsibility for them.

By following simple health and safety rules and applying common sense, the chance of any accident is minimized.

Thank you.
